ฅ^•ﻌ•^ฅ For jewelry items, your order will be submitted to a reputable and accredited gemological institute in Taiwan for authentication and certificate issuance. Both the product and its certificate will be shipped together within 10 business days. For re-mounting services, the processing time may vary depending on the specific case. Delivery is estimated to take 1–3 business days after dispatch.

ฅ^•ﻌ•^ฅ For non-jewelry items, in-stock products are shipped in the order they are received and typically arrive within 3–5 business days. If an item is out of stock, delivery usually takes 10–15 business days; items with longer restock periods may require 15–20 business days. Thank you for your patience.

ฅ^•ﻌ•^ฅ To provide better service, your order may be shipped in multiple packages depending on system and inventory conditions. Please take note, and thank you for your understanding.

Shipping Rules (Physical Products):

Orders under NT$5,000: Shipping fee NT$170.
Orders between NT$5,001 and NT$10,000: Shipping fee NT$210.
Orders above NT$10,001: Shipping fee NT$250.

Shipping is currently limited to Taiwan. All deliveries are handled by 黑貓宅配, and a tracking number will be provided upon shipment.

ฅ^•ﻌ•^ฅ To protect your rights, please record a video of the unboxing process. Please note that the cooling-off period is not a trial period. The return and exchange process requires the product to be unused, in brand-new condition, and with its packaging intact! If you encounter any issues with your product, please contact us within the seven-day appreciation period. We will be unable to offer returns or exchanges after this period.

(╥﹏╥) If, unfortunately, you receive a defective product, please provide the unboxing video and contact us as soon as possible within the seven-day appreciation period for an exchange! If you wish to exchange for non-defective reasons, you will need to cover the shipping costs.

(╥﹏╥) If, after careful consideration, you decide you no longer need the product, we cannot process returns beyond the seven-day appreciation period. After submitting a return request, we will contact the logistics company to collect the product, and the original payment will be refunded to you once we confirm receipt of the returned item! If the return is not due to a product defect, you will need to cover the return shipping costs.
