blanc. guarantees all jadeite products to be free from manufacturing non-human defects.

• 1-year warranty for standard purchases (from the shipping date).

• 2-year warranty for members.

if a manufacturing defect occurs within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the item. if the item is no longer available, an equivalent product or store credit of equal value will be offered.

we will provide return instructions and next steps. shipping and related costs are the responsibility of the sender. blanc. is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of products during transit.

• tarnishing or deterioration caused by contact with chemicals, perfumes, or corrosive substances
